Our daughter loved the well-stocked kids playroom. The small attentions, like water in the room and the bed turned out in the evening, made us feel pampered. The restaurant served delicious Italian cuisine, and the bar was pleasant. We rarely experienced such a level of service in Europe. Merci pour tout!

Amazing service from the friendly staff, who could not have done more for us. The spa treatments were fantastic and the restaurant meals were top quality. The location is perfect for skiers, with the slopes only a short walk away, and the nearby town had plenty of shops and restaurants. The check-in process was a little slow and disorganized, and there were a few issues with the heating in our room. the hotel decor felt a little dated and could have been more modern.

The hotel had a walking distance location to the town center, and we could enjoy the views of beautiful waterfalls while hiking on the mountains. The room was clean and the balcony was a plus. Although there was a bit of traffic noise, the location was convenient.

There wasn't any air conditioning in the room which made it uncomfortable during the hot summer nights. The service was overzealous and the four course dinners were a bit of a letdown.

The only minor issue I experienced was that the WiFi required me to re-log in every time I returned to my room, which was slightly inconvenient.
